@allaroundtech101 @allaroundtech101 Thanks. Its excellent to be a part of the Android community. Everyones real helpful and quite up to date. Its amazing to finally have a phone that won't be immediately forgotten like my EnV2 was as soon as I got it.

@jkirk1626 Google Droid 2.1 Manual.
You can find a link to the official Stock 2.1 update to download to your PC. Rename it update.zip (or just update if you have filenames hidden) and copy it over to your Droid's SDcard. Then shut down your Droid, then when you turn it back on, make sure you have the X button held when you press the power button. Keep X held till you get to the recovery console. Then press the camera and volume up buttons and select "update from .zip file." Let it do it's thing.

What's wrong with your soft buttons, they're flickering a lot.

@allaroundtech101 Oh okay, I was going to say... I do hope that was a side effect of your OTA update or anything. I unrooted mine and manually updated to 2.1 and I'm currently trying to find out an easy way to get back to root without downgrading.
I remember when I first got a Droid, my settings soft button had a crack under the glass, needless to say I took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it on the spot.

@BrandonC3 Believe me when 2.1 is rooted (without Downgrading) I will do a video as fast as possible
