Josh Turner sings this 19th century hymn by Phillip Bliss on the soundtrack for "Billy: The Early Years," a movie about the evangelist Billy Graham. To be almost persuaded is to be totally lost. What can be sadder? A stone angel will not release you from the grave, but Jesus can. He is alive and real, having borne our sins on the cross and then conquering the grave. He came to forgive our sins so that we might live forever with Him. Death is common to all but each of us are born only a prayer away from Heaven. Ask Jesus into your heart. Make Him Lord of your life. Please don't be almost persuaded.
