Were Bush-era interrogations legal?

Do you think the Obama administration should have released these memos? Do you think Bush administration officials, if suspected of committing crimes involving interrogation, should be prosecuted? obama isn't really running the country. he's not capable. his left wing jewish-dominated panel is. and they're making some terrible decisions.

the latest was that insane manhattan 'fly by' photo-op that scared the daylights out of thousands in new yorkers. of course, obama didn't know about it. he lied when he denied knowing about it. if he didn't know about it, he should have. one of those planes was a air force one double. one of his planes is gone and he knows nothing about it. he lied.

we have national security and our economy to worry about and you're worried about spellcheck. better check your priorities and concentrate on more important obma problems rather than misspelled words.

obama's next challenge is the taliban - who he's trying to cozy up to and make friends with - from seizing pakistan's nuclear arsenal. bush or reagan would not have let it go this far.

north korea is another concern. they fired a nuclear test missle while he gave a nuclear disarmament speech.

Finally, Americans will get mad enough to take to the streets and replace our petty grievance with real issues ... like survival. In the meantime, we can return to civil discourse by legalizing dueling. Then, the potty mouths can meet the redneck gun-nuts on the field of honor. I guarantee that hate speech and insults would quickly diminish or we could initiate some serious population control. I just love it when a plan comes together!

The trial of the Bush Administration would incite the right-wing to revolution and civil war. Finally, Americans would be mad enough to cull the herd. In the meantime, we can return our discourses to civility by legalizing dueling. Maybe then, the potty-mouths could meet the gun-nuts on the field of honor.

If one uses the paradigm that the goal of the Obama Administration is to destabilize the American society to the point where they can institute a Communist-style dictatorship to "save" America, then the President and his supporters are crafty, masterful and brilliant.

I think the NVA did kill some of the nazi imperialist ameriKKKan war criminal prisoners. Maybe if they had executed all of them, the United States would have nuked North Vietnam like they should have in the beginning.
