Does anyone else recognize how incredibly well spoken Dani is in all of his interviews? The man uses a very exotic and articulate vocabulary. Dani is a good example of how smart many folk involved in the metal scene are.... extremely interesting and fun man.

I think they were lovers jeanne and gilles hardened. between the battle to their own, as he was a sadist, the more likely she also was. always acted together in battle. very easy ecclesiastical history by gilles wanted to overshadow his bad reputation and focused on jeanne and to inform the leadership of a woman turned to the sanctification of this, and therefore only the French army of that time stayed with the secret

@G3f0rce666 Their album wasn't meant to be taken as literal fact; Dani romanticized the story to suit his imagination. Nobody can know the real truth of the matter (including you). The "portrait" of Gilles de Rais was done more than four hundred years after his death, so we don't even know what he actually looked like, let alone whether he was guilty or innocent! Cradle's opinions on the subject are just as valid as anyone else's at this point.

That was pretty interesting this Rais character in legend had gone back and fourth in the extremes of Christian Spirituality .Interestingly in Buddhism it is believed Traumatic hallucinations in the mind only slow us down in the physical .To defend your self or act on the moment , you can not be thinking anger confusion or fear you must act with a clear mind. This De Rais was probably a fat lazy fuck ...lol

Dani brings into relief the majority of our lives when he states that unlike most adults he hasn't had his soul ground to dust by the daily grind.My soul was utterly destroyed by being forced to conform by others,be it family,peers,work.In the end everyone is forced to conform,I broke from it,I'd had enough and fortunately for me I was able to give them the finger and walk away.No wonder so many people are vicious,twisted and mean,its their way to get back at those who put the pressure on them.

If Gilles De Rais had the opportunity to listen to CoF's Godspeed on the Devils thunder,a concept albulm about his life,what the hell would he think?? As for GDR's demise,we can all assume that he was stuffed by the church and many benefitted from his "removal",how much of what he did was true had been debated for centuries by many authors.His crimes are bound to have been exagerated.
