Can't stand it when people kills roosters just for the photo... the fish have horrible table quality, plus, their numbers are dwindling... why kill em???

The Meat is a darker red meat , but tasty Grilled Med rare ! Not my Favorite Roosters are an elusive fish and in your area you may have some Luck with the right methods, after all it is advertized to be the Real Rooster fish Capital of the World . Unless promoting it as such has affected the populations in your Area .
For the record we too release our Roosterfish ! The one in the video was a taste test . You though the feed you had was Horrible table Quality... Who Killed it ??
