This is our third video in our Lock Picking series; after this video we will return to computer hacking videos for a while. In this video we demonstrate how to unlock the Master Lock 653D, Targus Defcon CL, and the Master Lock 175. The different methods shown in this video to unlock these three locks will help you not only unlock these locks; but also, help you develop your own way to crack other mult-disc combo locks that you may come across.

  • rip-off from the broken

  • Are you kidding me?! They made 3 episodes! None of which cover the same topics

  • dude i think you mean three seasons, they are still making vids, i have all of them, and they did a lock pick week, so get yo facts straight

  • Send me a link

  • how do you get the little shim to go into the defcon lock? I cut a little strip out of a soda can, like you say, but it just bends and gets stuck. It doesn't seem stiff enough to go in. Any tips?

  • Is it the Defcon CL? I know in newer versions they have fixed the problem.

  • Thanks for this video!!! Very useful

  • what's odd is mine was -2, not -3

  • My bike lock is stuck! I tried this , but the problem is that the locking part (stem) was only 3/4 of the way into the lock when I locked it up (the light was not good).. I tried pushing the stem in, using this technique, and also tried this for opening it up. It's a master. Any suggestions? Thanks.

  • TOTALY work in the Defcon CL!!!! thanks guys!!

  • @KrennVonSalzburg could you please give more detail of the 'plug' nd maybe pictures of its location?

  • dudes keep it up your the coolest guys on earth

  • i tried this on my laptop lock, its the defcon cl with the red plastic, it does not work

  • @KrennVonSalzburg How the hell do you get the metal plug out?? Nothing I try is skinny or strong enough to lever it out of there.

  • Thnx!!! I was able to open my Defcon CL laptop lock. I bought it a couple yrs ago and forgot the combo... I know its not secure now, but it will work as a deterent.

  • @KrennVonSalzburg More specific? There is a red plastic cover going over the numbers and off to the end where you use screw driver?
