    It's just because she's female. Black males got the vote first too....It's the "pecking order" in the U.S. as well as many other places, perhaps moreso here.

    Integrating defense with diplomacy, also development, is a good step forward. Teaching could be our next step forward - teaching languages, concepts, also skills such as entrepreneurship, most importantly, supporting pluralism in government, religious, financial structures.
