M3-F customizable focus module for miniature OEM cameras

New Scale M3-F customizable focus module provides precise lens motion in a fully integrated package for the smallest OEM cameras. It's about the same size as a fixed lens holder. M3-F modules add precision motorized focus to hand-held cameras, portable biometric systems, surveillance cameras, targeting and medical inspection systems while preserving their compact size advantage. They take a 3.3V supply and high-level commands via standard serial interface (I2C, SPI or USART). Piezo motor, position sensor, motor driver and microprocessor are embedded in the module for on-board closed-loop PID control.
