This was on a old VHS tape I had recorded in 1995 from the Discovery Channel. I have cleaned up the audio & cropped the video.

@sghenterprises No kidding. The F-40 was just idling around the corner. Well, if you start 30 MPH slower then yes, it will end up slower at the trap...duh! LOL!

Fun to see these old cars, but what a crappy test. They didn't use a standing start and every car came into the start at different speeds, so these numbers are useless.

Because, idiot, the esprit v8 didnt arrive until 1996 and with only 50 more horsepower makes little difference
