How much do you spend a week on fruit ? Those market stalls aren't selling organic fruit and veges are they ?

@fruitbatanne I do eat Brown rice and Teff, and Quinoa. Eating fruit and veggies is what we are designed to eat! Doctors and pharmaceutical companies want us Sick!

As I mentioned in my other comment, my elder boy had his diet analysed by a state nutritionist and it was found to be fine.
I think that children need mother's milk for the first three to four years in addition to raw fruits.
I think that one issue with facts and figures, in terms of nutrition, is that they are all based on averages. So the bottom line for me is the quality of the fruit I feed my children.
And RDAs and blood tests are based on people on SAD diets.

Thank you for your comment and suggestions ♥
My last blood test results were good, but personally I believe how we feel; the condition of our skin, teeth, nails, and hair; how well our wounds heal; how well our immune system functions; and our energy levels are a better indication of true health than figures on paper based on SAD diets.
However, my elder son did have his diet analysed by a government nutritionist, and it was found to contain adequate RDAs.

This video was shot in London, and this market was not an organic one.
I do try to eat organic, wild, local, home-grown and organic fruits whenever possible.
How much I spend each week varies, if I am getting a lot of back-yard fruit, then I will not spend so much.
I suppose, on average, I would spend about $100 Australian dollars per week, but some weeks it would be more, other weeks less.
If I am on a mono diet, I can spend $40 per week.

Thank you for your comment ♥
I rarely eat Bananas; I sometimes eat home-grown, non-gassed, non-sprayed Bananas.
However, I generally feel better eating the juicier fruits.

I do not eat green vegetables, except very occasionally.
I have found no mineral or vitamin in vegetables that is not also in fruit.
The amounts of these nutrients may be different in fruits compared to vegetables, but I believe that quality of either the fruit or vegetable does more to ensure it is high in nutrients, rather than whether it is a fruit or vegetable.
If you cannot access great quality fruit, then greens may be needed.

I just checked your site and your book!! You should have a paypal link on your youtube channel so one can pay you. I got the impression that you posted part of your book for free. You know this is important to be in exchange. I would only buy a book as an ebook cos I travel too much to carry heavy stuff with me. So if for real you give your book data for free, then pls feel free to give a way for me to pay you back.
