I love these videos because you are not one of those ultra flaky super smiley exercise gurus that make it seem so unbelievably cheesy! These workouts are straight up, forward and presented in such a manner that they are very encouraging. Thank you so much for posting this!!!

I've always heard you're supposed to do 3 days of weight training, and 3 of cardio. is this true? Is it possible to mix this with a 10 minute cardio exercise as well for seeing results? (While still being sake of course.)

LOL I have a steal bar that runs through my back! I laughed so hard when she said that!

These workouts are great. I do the 10 minute jump start cardio video then I move onto one of the bootcamp ones But I have two questions.
1. Is it okay to drink water while working out to these videos?
2. What's the best time to work out? I work out at night.

I have a very problem. Where i live its very rainy. It has been raining for 4 days straight and i havent been able to do my usual routine. And i really something to boast my metabolism. Does anyone recommend anything? Which spark people workout boast metabolism?
Why do we have to have our abs in tight? And what happens when we are working out hard, then stop moving?

Engaging your abs helps ensure good posture and form and decreases your risk of injury, especially to the vulnerable lower back.
Stopping suddenly during exercise can result in "blood pooling" in the extremities that can cause faintness, dizziness, or passing out.
