if searching for robert goulet videos is a typical youtube experience...well maybe there's still hope for this site. this person did a great job keeping some of their computer sounds (aim/clicking) but silencing the videos in favor of music. it really set a nice tone.

AHAHA this video is simple yet brilliant. It points out the most basic truth of youtube, that it is random, inexplicable nonsensical entertainment that wastes time. It also points out how the user often watches one video and is sucked into the "other related videos" pop up at the end, leading the user on a rambling journey throughout slightly different videos which lead to a completely different subject,
