No, the recession is not over lol.
Good luck finding a single economist ignorant enough to think that is the case. The only reason the US economy isn't crashing is that the US dollar is the world reserve currency which means that you can print all the money you want and the world will continue to buy it up (to hold as reserves to insure domestic currencies instead of gold).
There will be a second drop within the year which should be the last drop if the US plays their cards right. Good luck.
