@TheSaintsouleyman His executive support staff, Cabinet members, secret service detail, medical support staff (In case of emergency), sometimes his family depending on why he's traveling, logistics support, etc. Moving the President is a massive undertaking that takes droves of people, and weeks of planning. There are some interesting documentaries about it on Netflix, you should check them out.
