He I'm building a track and am about to put in a set of doubles. I have read that the takeoff should be twice the height and the distance apart should be 2.5 times the height. Can anybody confirm this or give me any tips? Thanks

The field that the track is in used to be a potato field so It has awesome soil to build kickers. This video the track has been neglected but it used to look amazing.
