@nvieira100 Very true. Just because they knead on some soft fabric doesn't mean they are marking it. At someone who has watched this video has a brain.

OMGSH yes my cat does this ALL the time and he's definitely not setting down the blanket.. he startign doing this about 2 years ago (4 years old) he's not marking or peeing or anything gross... just molesting the blanket lol

I'm a vet student and this is NOT any of that! You're cat is marking, and males are not the only ones to do this. Look at the back movement early on. I hope you got rid of it.

@mordsith2289 You're the only person on here with any brains. That's exactly what it is. ALL cats do this, because all cats "knead" when taking milk from their mother. So when they get older, they continue to do it for comfort. Pretty basic.

Its a comfort. It starts from needing momma cat so she makes milk. Its very normal. My kittens do it to fuzzy things.

ugh yes my cat does this....there is one teddy bear that isn't safe from him...the poor teddy bear. he's getting his freak on. and he's been fixed since he was a kitten
My cat ALWAYS does that on my leg when i try to sleep, it's dead annoying actually...
