Get a trampoline and find your air-balance. If you make a tramp board with an old skate deck and do a trick 100x before you do it on a snowboard, you wont even have to think about it. Diving boards at the pool are great too. Most importantly, if you don't think you can make a flip, don't even try. You have to be there 100% mentally or you'll end up on your head. Good luck!
