The "kingdom" is the "goverment" the system on how God does things. Thus the kingdom is 'WITHIN US" The "Pearl" is the "Torah" which is the first 5 books. The Torah means Teaching and Instructions; however, was translated as "law" so if you are NOT under the "law" which is teaching and instructions. He paid it all to RESTORE HIS SYSTEM FOR HE IS A KING AND EARTH IS A COLONY OF HIS KINGDOM and We are citizens of HIS kingdom NOT members of a church.. Learn Hebrew people! it is free on youtube.

@Boenairgeez I went to a Wimber conference 25 years ago and it changed my life .I came home with my faith reconditioned and I saw many wonderful things happen. He gave my something which, in spite of postmodernity a great deal of struggle and 1,000 unanswered questions is still with me. The difference is that then I thought a sound faith left no room for doubt and now I know that -. " the courage to be is rooted in the God who appears when God disapears in the anxiety of doubt" (Tillich)

I love Wimber. But he should have studied Ladd more carefully about interpreting parables. The pearl of great price is not about purchasing the sin of everyone in order to get the elect. Parables have one main point, here that being ruled by God is a great treasure.
