OMG that improvisation was awesome, I don´t know why people say ´77 was the worst year for Led Zeppelin, they had a lot of good concerts but i have to admit that in most of them they were really high.

cheers, good to know, when you think about it, hitting a bass with drum sticks when you have a guitar on your lap isn't a very Page-like thing to do, so, once again, cheers for that

A friend of mine says that James broke a string so they had to imporvise while it was being fixed. It explains why you don't hear the guitar playing at that part.

I think it must be because you can still hear Bonzo's drumming in the background, and i think the guitar stops, so, yeah, i'd assume thats Jimmy hitting Jone's bass
