If Tibet was part of China there would have been NO need for that agreement. Tibet is NOT part of China

No matter you are Tibetan Chinese or Han Chinese, commit crimes should be stopped. These criminals murder people in La Sha streets and should be put behind bars. These crimes would not be tolerated anywhere in the world. The Chinese version of Al Qaeda is hiding in India, led by the counterpart of Osama Bin Laden, the Dalai Lama. The UN should send troops to caputure them, since they are responsible for the death of the victims in Xizhang recently. They should be put behind bars ASAP.
