  • If you knew this: In Tibet it is a sacret "burial" letting the vultures pick and eat the human corps so the soul is taken to the heavens by this way. Usually the corps is broaght to a monastry, the monks offer it to the "Holy Eagles" as they call them. So it's the ultimate last flight of human you're watching.

  • some of Alan Parson's older stuff is a little too...well old sounding for me (not Tales of course)

But this album, even though im not a big fan of Electronic, is absolutely incredible. every last song, especially this one. The deep voices and all the bass elements give me freakin goosebumps every time.

I just made the connection with the song title right now as well, Very nice video man, lovin it.

  • @Jan621117

is it really in Tibet? I know this custom from the Indian sect of Parsi, and they don't use eagles but vultures.

  • Been fan of the Alan Parsons Project for yrs. I remember, hearing the first Pyramid audio playback at my local cinema in 1978 & many great albums followed. "A Valid Path" however fails miserably. It's a shadow of former glories. Chomolongma stands out.The reworking of previous tracks are tired & seems to highlight a block in ideas/creativity. Rest of the album is simply bland. I missed this somehow when it first came out. I REALLY wanted to love it. Sadly, not. RIP The Alan Parsons I once knew!

  • Really nice job!!!!!Bravo!!!!:@J
