And it's not any easier when an army of Satan-worshiping freaks is out to get you.

So is the case for Wendy Waterman; an almost thirty-something reporter - single reporter - whose career is always getting in the way of her love life.

When she breaks a story about a series of gruesome murders committed by an evil New York subway car, she must balance her search for Price Charming with her battle against the Prince of darkness.

But that doesn't mean Wendy stops looking for Mr. Right altogether. As the fight between good and evil rages beneath New York City's streets, Wendy has always got her eye out for a good catch. Will it be Ryse, the hunky, but homeless soldier for good, or will it be Hugh, the suave publishing magnate who has the power to make Wendy, and her story, famous? One thing is for sure, she won't be shacking up with King Willy, the mangy leader of the mole people who takes every chance to look down up her skirt or down her shirt.

In the end, Wendy is forced to fight some serious battles: will she save the mortal soul of New York from a Satanic subway car? Or will she put together the right outfit to snag one of New York's most eligible bachelor's?
