SALTOFT ,I know it's a whole year later ,but, I saw this comment & couldn't understand why it got so many 'thumbs down'. you asked it in a polite way & you maybe from another country, so why do you think it was so offensive?....anyway ,jus curious if you ever followed up on your question & got the answer?

Well did'nt see the thumbs down, and certainly don't understand why, since as you said I asked in a polite way. But I guess as ImperialJimmy said, I'ts a title that will stay with them forever, as a kind of respect. I just wondered why they did'nt call him mr. ex president :-) thanks anyway
