@fudger1325 Orochi's a God, hence it's common for people to want to get Orochi's power.

Rugal appearance only on non-canon. KoF 1998, 2002 have no story. The reason why Rugal appeared too many time was apparently due to producer's self interest in Rugal's design.

Para los que no saven como llegar a Mukai lo que tienen que hacer es vencer a Kusangui con un golpe un especial violento que es lo que te permite llegar contra Mukai en caso de que se venda a Kusangui con un golpe simple en la final pelearan contra Adel hijo de Omega Rugal , por ejemplo si tenemos a Iori Yagami vs Kusanagui lo vencemos con el especial de Iori de multiples golpes de garras y cuando lo golpea con la cabeza y lo eleva por el aire y remata con un impacto purpura cuando golpea suelo

@vicionator simply depends on how you beat Kusanagi, i dont know exact requirements but, if you dont fight Adel, You'll fight Chizuru then Mukai.
