Should still salvage neck / rib meat. It's hamburger meat. Like you said, only 7lbs, but then again, you did kill it. You take out the heart/ liver? I do...not that I like eating those parts, but I know people who do...VERY nice buck. Love your videos...

@shootem241 I am usually alone and when still hunting blacktails its VERY hard just to see a big one once let alone filming AND shooting it.Usually my kills are 20 yrds and less and those bucks rarely let you pull a cam out and film the same time as shoot em. We will have a professional camera guy this year as we are gearing up to pump out DVD's and a new show...hopefully we can get some big bugers on film this fall.

awesome video, and great buck!! just one question, i definatly agree with how you dont drag the whole animal out cuz its so heavy, but do you not also cut the tenderloins out?

@blacktailbowhunter ,ya,I get em , made te tape before I grabbed em. awys have 5 garbage bags too for put everythig in so tte p dsnt get all rotten stunk up from blood later.
