written by Dave Careaga and myself I wrote 3rd and last verse which also became the title. It's been so long I do forget who wrote what parts, but belive that's the way it was. am a walking library of unknown songs by great, never discovered writers I've written with. Dave and I could have been great. he moved away and he has not written or called in 8 years.in 2003 or so I drove through Arizona and visited. we hung out and jammed a while.that's the end of the Mitchell/Careage saga.I don't remember exactly where or when I recorded this track. I want to say I recorded it 5 years ago or more on Diamond st. in Brooklyn NY on Efrem Wilders mac while he slept one evening.
