Yes, 215hp at the "crank"...An auto can range between 165-175 "wheel" hp with manuals about 10 whp more...I have just over 200 whp in mine and that's enough to pull low 14s at 97 & 98 mph in the 1/4. Add about 15-17% to your wheel hp and that will be about your crank hp...So about 235hp on mine. Remember a 99 BMW M3 (240 crank hp) can run high 13s to low 14s...So it's about right.
I know it don't sound like much but think of a stock Evo only putting down 240 whp and able to run a 13.2-13.4...

wow thats weak, thought base HP was 215 on auto.hearing numbers like that, makes me wanna retire my dreams of NA (naturally aspirated) and go BOOST...

Actually I found out they air air mass flow indicators and are expensive as all get out to repalces. Remeber peeps, use anti-sieze

i bought the o2 sim to fix it so no CEL would turn on. but yeah, there was a CEL after i installed it

But how was it passing for emissions? you used the universal 02 sims? if so how did you manage to get by it? I want to know because I want to put on headers soon.

in nevada all cars i think its 94+ only get checked by the obdII scanner. so no sniffer test was done. With the o2 sim you can pass the obdii scanner test. if they ran the sniffer test i would fail.
