Episode 88: She uses the Maboroushi no Ginzuishou to become Neo Queen Serenity and (along with Chibiusa, in Princess form) defeat Death Phantom, while "La Soldier" plays in the back. MOST.EPIC.SONG.EVER.

Some do & some don't it really depends on the patrons who borrow the materials. You can read them online too or find them at second hand shops or anime conventions. Last resort is learn to read japanese & order the books from Japan. XP

She was Princess Serenity then, there isn't a episode where that happened, except...well in the second season, but what we're seeing is in the Japanese second season theme song. (If you want to see her tranfrom into Neo Queen Serenity, then search in the last episodes, I'm sorry for being so lazy not to look for it.)

it was only her transformations more than her going from a princess to a queen but then again it can't be helped since the silly animators made the Stars anime so diffrent from the manga when she really does become queen of Crystal Tokyo.
