Who is the guy beside Friedkin, and why is he so intensely uncomfortable?

Fernando Rey played the best drug dealer in both those films.
We never saw much of him in american films after that though.

Wow again! Another awesome story! It's amazing how sometimes things just fall into place. Fate! I think Fernando Rey was perfect for the role he got in the movie.
