No, Hurricane Katrina cleaned out the streets of New Orleans, lol! Mayor ass hole Nagen of New Orleans also received some of the biggest relief donations from Philadelphia, this guy should be bent over the bronze Eagle in Wanamaker's court and be publicaly sodomized! Also, every major city North, South, East and West is corrupt! Philadelphia does have some of the dumbest politicians around! We don't need casino's, we once had a great industrial economy!
