On 14 January 2009, University of Victoria historian Dr. Benjamin Isitt visited the graves of two Canadian soldiers, Pte. Richard Massey and Rfn. Peter McMillan, casualties of the Canadian Siberian Expeditionary Force who died after returning from Vladivostok, Russia in June 1919, at the Canadian government quarantine station at William Head, near Victoria, now a federal correctional facility.

  • @NOesmeralda1 More passive aggressive.

  • Canada has ALWAYS been an aggressive country. The myth about "Canada's peaceful country" is just that: a myth. C

Canada has first colonized by the English, then neo-colonized by the Americans, becoming in fact a US subsidiary in matters of trade and foreign policy. Canada has always been a little appendix attached to some big power, thus the passive, colonial mentality of its people...they believe their myths and are thoroughly and completely brain washed...eh?

  • Epidemics happened before their deaths and

    afterwards,so what's your point?
