actually it's the smaller independent owned pharmacies that will get royally screwed by this. the funding cuts will not only eliminate all profitability of pharmacy but make pharmacies lose money. the big chains will restructure and rely more on their front store for profit. the independents however do not have a big front store and will go out of business. this is a reckless and insane move by mcguinty and his corrupt liberals

@Platanoides1 You're probably saying that because you're poor. I work in a pharmacy, and in order to keep healthcare in a firm position, you have to pay the people who provide it. If you think drug companies do not provide any help then you are dead wrong. That's like saying doctors get rich off of the government and they should get paid less. You people make me sick. This is to eddystarway, if you think the prices will go down ... well sure for now... but do you thing that other generic companies will continue to make more Generics .. sorry my friend but no... they wont make money this way ... i know some ppl that work for some generic companies ...they stopped research... in turn there will be more brand name vs Generic... which will be 3x times the price ... that you will have to pay for ...
