@MusicIsMyWorld36 yes it does. a tilt is like standing in straddle..good practice.

@brwnhoney You don't have to be flexible really. We do this in ballet class and if your not flexible you just throw your legs apart and you don't hold it with your hands. Then eventually you will get flexible enough to hold it down with your hands. :)

That doesn't stretch your hip flexors, it stretches your inner thighs.

When I was in 3rd grade I had my center splits, now (entering high school in drill team) I don't have ANY splits...so I gotta get stretchin' :D

im sure this is a good excersize to help with turn out, but it assumes that you already that flexible and i unfortunately am not lol
