orielly definitely has a bad habit of talking over his guests a lot, but thats his personality. Sometimes he's just an old man set in his ways. But overall he seems like a pretty nice guy.
A) He says he talks over people to prevent "spin". B) He probably does have some sort of authoritarian complex, but hey, that's why he's on TV.
