This is a photoshop makeover that i've done. I called it Spanish Hilary Duff because i think that it has spanish colors. :)

I loved her so much more when she didn't wear all that thick eyeliner and sparkly eyeshadow- she's really beautiful naturally and she should let it show

Another wonderful display on how to make eyes pop in photoshop. The meticulous care you show to brighten the whites of their eyes and thicken/darken eyelashes shows an intimate knowledge about cosmetics and beauty. Kudos.
