I was in Harris County Lockup when they brought him through, so I didn't hear the details until years later. I must say it does look very much like a blackmail and I never heard anyone mention any evidence at all. Also, it should be noted that if you've ever been to Houston, lets just say the kidz are a little scandalous around there.. I know cuz I was one.
IMHO, he probably was framed after letting the kid stay over w/ his daughter.
