  • I've been a heepster ever since I walked by a record store blasting 'Tears in my eyes' (nanananananananana). Of course, when they played @ William and Mary in '73 I had to go see them. Alice Cooper headlined with his guillotine act, and Rod Steward opened. Uriah Heep played before Alice. Ken Hensley somehow had his keyboards rigged to move around the stage in the fog,it was trippin!! Mic Box quote of the night to a stagehand heard loudly; "I broke my freakin wha wha" .

  • you see the size of the lead singers PUPILS?! no wonder he couldnt hit the notes

  • @larsonr48 If Nickelback is any indication it will never happen.

  • Hammered.

  • This video was made 39 years ago, what does that tell you of the music today, they have a lot catching up to be this good.

  • Who the fuck put a "Dislike" on this??? ...Must of been one of those head banger kids.

  • @TulsaLaniB I totally agree, Thain was absolutely fabulous and Byron was a lazy live performer. The present vocalist (Bernie Shaw) is a lot better and Trevor Bolder is a great bassplayer too. He reminds me of Thain. Still, Kerslake and Hensley are no longer there, so it'll never be the same I'm afraid.

  • Seen them live.& David Byron was right on key!!! then he died & that's when i stopped listening cuz the new vocalist sucked!!!!!!! All the member's in this band were True Musicians!!!!
