In Zimbabwe, President Robert Mugabe has come under widespread criticism for refusing to cancel a run-off election scheduled for Friday. Opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai won the first round of elections in March but withdrew from the run-off late last week. He has sought refuge in the Dutch embassy in Harare out of what he says is concern for his life. We host a discussion on Zimbabwe with University of Houston Professor, Gerald Horne, author of "From the Barrel of a Gun: The United States and the War Against Zimbabwe, 1965-1980" and Syracuse University University Professor, Horace Campbell, his latest article is titled, "Pan-Africanists: Our collective duty to Zimbabwe."

If a white man has nothing to gain from Africa, why would a white man constantly keeps pre-occupied with Africa?

What's in it for a Whiteman? Why bother?

Let the Africans take care of their own wars, as the White man has been waging wars for 3000 years since the Roman empire. Africans never interfered in Whiteman's wars, therefore, why would a white man interefer in African wars.

Is there something for a white man in African wars? How about selling arms & striving for African natural resoures?

JPC, You sound as if you had a very legitimate convincing point but since we are talking about indiginous people deprived of their property and land, preach your worn out doctrin to those native indiginous Gypsies, Aborgins, Red Indians & Africans who have been enslaved, massacred, decimated & dicplaced from their own land to make room for the White people. No one buys someone's land after one invades, enslaves, massacres, decimates, deprives and displaces the original owner.
