@HattAttack Hey I finaly found someone that also has a dell xps one I have no clue why people hate the computer so much. Even though in only 12, its so easy to use ive taken it apart and put it back together and i like to yell at people how dumb they are when they say that their computer has white screens when they bought it off of ebay...

haha call a professional like me or stop whining, it isn't the computer. it's you. I got one of these from a customer as a trade for services and have known it and worked on it from the day it was purchased. these machines are actually great. you just dont know YOUR limits. dont get all frustrated with the machine when you are the loser that cant get things working for your family. I would like to say that i know how you feel, but I have never been in such a pathetic situation.

This computer sucks. I have it. Looks pretty keeps crashing. JBL speakers arent great. Gets hot. cd dvd wants to work when it wants when burning pictures. Had it 2 months noone will help me. Been on phone with dell for the past 3 weeks every day 4-6 hours a day. Neglecting work losing money neglecting kids because I am dealing with this. Wont refund me my money wont send me new one.
