White "enlarges", black "decreases". Have you thought about using a black, plum or brown liner on your waterline? If you don't want to use something harsh like that, try skipping white liner all together (and using a light skin-toned liner) or using a little bit of the dark liner (on the edge of the waterline, close to the lash line), and smudge it out. As for mascara on the bottom, even if you have big eyes, try only applying it closest to the root. Also refrain from curling your lashes.

Oh hun, I can't do that bottom dark line so low with so much white underneath, my eyes are too big, it'll make me look like a clown. I usually use bottom liner straight on my waterline, and never use bottom mascara, it doesnt look good. What can I do to alter it a little for my type eyes?
