I am so glad Im not the only one who finds this terrifying...it used to be on my postman pat videos..and I literally used to cover my ears and start crying because I thought I would die if I listened to it properly. Even now when I found this, I had to wait until daylight to watch it..

As the actual year appears to be added on electronically, where as the Copyright is part of the animation on screen. I guess it was just easier and cheaper for the year to be changed on the ident like this.
