  • @79Testo A 22 rifle is your best bet on non-pelt damage. We use shotguns because we are filming and don't mind the '"low grade" hides. If you are trying to make money I suggest you use a 22 and shoot em before they hit the ground. Good hunting!

  • Can I ask how long in minutes the bonus section of coon calling is on the "Round 2" dvd? Do you offer strictly a coon calling dvd?

  • @Bassguy17 15 minutes bonus section on Raccoon Calling....We do not 'currently' ;) offer an all-inclusive Coon Calling DVD.

  • oh thats crazy lol... drives em uncontrolably nuts, fun to watch them going after the calls and decoys.

  • lol I have never seen anyone call in coons! Cool! I will have to try that! Keep up the good vids!

  • @TBROutdoors

Thanks for reply. How bout 7 1/2 lead will it do it?

I don't want damage to the pelt though. I want to sell the fur. After all whats the point of coon hunting?

I heard HeviShot B's are good for no damage and decent range. But they are expensive. If you can make a recommendation on shot that don't damage it will be appreciated. Thanks

  • @liftedreds10 Yes, it is a predator call. We have seen coyotes and bobcats respond to the Coon Distress calls. No Foxes yet, but hopefully soon! Good Hunting!

  • @79Testo Shot Size - 00 (4s and bigger will work) --- We look for cottonwood trees as they are typically hollow. Raccoons will also den up in the ground or old barns, etc.

  • @waters134 Raccoon Fight and Raccoon Distress are the preferred electronic sounds that we use. You can also purchase a traditional "coon squal" that will imitate distressed coon sounds.

  • is there a call for this, as in electronicly, or just a traditional handcall. do you download raccoon calls on a disc and play them?

  • Looks like fun but, why don't you use a .22 instead of a shotgun? There would less pelt damage!
