I don't remember seeing this cartoon, but I'll go out on a limb here and guess that he didn't succeed in his diabolical plan - regardless of whether it was Bugs Bunny he was up against, or maybe Tweetie and his little-old-lady owner.

And not only did he not succeed, he was undoubtedly badly punished for even THINKING he could do all this stuff.
