Shot video at a few spots while I was in Iceland. Everything was shot with my GoPro camera. I hate advertising that because I sent them a reel asking for a donation camera for this trip and they never mailed me back an answer. I bought one anyways because I needed a video camera for the trip.

Hot springs order:
Hrunalaug, near the town of Flúðir on the farm of the church Hruni.

Landbrotalaug, on the Landbrot farm on the southern side of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula.

Hellulaug, near the campground Flókalundur in the Westfjords.

Nauteyrarlaug, on the Nateyri farm in Ísafjarðardjúp.

Gjörvidalslaug, on the inner east side of Ísafjörður literally right off the main road.

Guðrúnarlaug, in the Sælingsdlaur valley right past the Laugar pool.

Snorralaug, right below the giant, abandoned boarding school in Reykholt.

Skátalaug, lies south of lake Kleifarvatn right off road 42.

Bláa Lónið also called the Blue Lagoon. Tourist spot and hotel twenty minutes from the airport in Keflavik.

Closing shot is the scalding hot pots in the valley Klambragil next to the hot spring river.

  • Hi, I'll go to iceland in august! I would try some of these hot springs! I'm going to make the all ring1, which of these hot springs is closer to the ringroad1? and which are achievable with a normal car?

  • @orazioblurrr a few of these places are near the ring road. i cant remember off hand but there are some really close to reykjavik. when you get into iceand go to one of the book stores in town and get a copy of thermal pools of iceland. you can plan your travels around like. i rented a very small toyota yaris and made it to all the places in the video with it. the only place it wouldnt make it was Landmannalaugar. I drove 3 hours and got stuck in the mud and took hours digging it out.

  • Looks like you had a wonderful trip in Iceland. I am an Icelander and have been to most of the hot springs in the video. I think it´s the best feeling and the best way to experience Iceland nature.

  • @dabb Oh man it was an amazing trip. I want to go back and rent one of those giant lifted suv's with the clown tires on them and go out to some of these places in the snow. I'm sure I will in a few years after I save up some cash.

  • this is just beautiful. thanks for uploading. i hope to do the same as you did soon.

  • @pianojon2008 YESS!!! please do. I hope this video shows how amazing Iceland can be,

  • @losangelesswimmin wow thank you very much, so I think that I should buy a map of thermal pools..it's better in this way.

  • @thecurtisreport

yes there is a book you can easily find in bookstores in Iceland. It has directions to all these hot springs and more.

  • Thanks, LA Man.

  • Very cool video. Going to Iceland in May. Do they have maps to find all these hotspots or how did you know?
