  • Very lovely playing. Congratulations on winning the competition. You have a nice Baroque sound. Is that a wood flute or headjoint?

  • Hi Nina, and thank you for your nice compliment. It is a grenadilla wooden flute. It is the one that Yamaha makes. It is very cost efficient option for someone who would like to buy a wooden flute. It has modern mechanism' the only thing different is the size of the whole body tubing and the material. I have really enjoyed getting used to this flute and the nice colors and dynamics one can find within it.

  • WOW! You are awesome. I just started playing the flute a few years ago, and someday I want to play a concerto.
