Inasmuch as Grover does is best to demonstrate 'in' and 'out,' he is the victim of people who are frustrated by both performing a repetitive task AND mechanical failure. Good memory, though!

I just discovered that Mr. Smith was a contestant on the Remembering Game, Bill Smith, competing against Cookie Monster. I don't know if it was the same voice actor, but it was definitely the same muppet with the same hair.
-
I don't think these people have official names. Grover is just making up names in passing. "Excuse me, Mr. Jenkins." "I did not mean to hit you, Mr. Smith."
-
I see this is #3, is there a #1, and #2?

Grover would look good at the Tower Of Terror Hotel at Disney California Adventur as an elevator Op. I would love to see him at Hollywood Tower Hotel Lol

awsome :D
-
He returned as NantoVision since November.

Grover annoys everybody with the IN and OUT demo. Why not have him do the UP and DOWN demo instead?

The ending part was silly when some dude punched the elevator door to pieces. What a
