  • IMDB says that the helo crash was an accident. It's funny how the actors said a tomato flew right into it. Way to save a scene.

  • my father went to college with the guy who made this movie.he came to dinner one night.and talk about looney.but he was really funny

  • Stallone had been defending a lot of his recent movies by saying they don't have money for special effects so the bomb is really a bomb and the snake is really a snake.

Well this movie was so cheap the helicopter crash was really a helicopter crash. No special effects needed.

  • desperategirl1932 you'd be amazed how easy people can improvise. I'm sure the director had no clue what to do, so they just kept filming. Also notice how that one cop doesn't even notice the helicopter. If it were a fake crash he would've.

  • THAT TOMATO CAME RIGHT AT US" ...tomatos can't fly!

nice save dude, the back end of your helicopter clipped the ground and you crashed, but yeah blame it on the tomato LOL

  • wow a suicidal tomato that cant aim

  • funniest part in the movie

  • Well, everything was in the script except the helicopter crash!

  • Absolutely. You can even hear the thwack as the blade snaps off. My point was that almost all tail rotor accidents happen higher up (there are even a few videos around) and if you happen to be more than a few feet from the ground at the time, you're toast.

  • "Those guys were SO lucky they were close to the ground!"

It was the ground that caused the accident. The tailrotor hit the gronud and shattered.
