Viccus, my radio colleague at Mixed Up, plays every year at the Wednesday Night Skate in Rotterdam. He's doing that for 8 consecutive years now and gets a lot of respect and appreciation for entertaining the passing skaters. His YouTube movies from the Wednesday Night Skate are being watched a lot. Every year more skaters show their love and respect and more and more people see Viccus as a part of the Wednesday Night Skate.

But for the first time in 8 years Viccus was told by the police to stop dj'ing. Un-freaking-believeable! The police said that people in the neighbourhood and the organisation complained about him. Strange, because Viccus neighbours were standing beside hem when the police asked him to stop. The organisation respects Viccus and showed their appreciation when they passed by him. The police wouldn't listen to Viccus, his neighbours and the skaters that didn't understand the police their issues.

To clear things up. The police was told to stop another dj a mile before where Viccus was playing. Only these two police heroes didn't got that message right and stopped the wrong dj. The organsation of the Wednesday Night Skate still wants Viccus to play when the skaters pass him by! Good news for Viccus, good news for the skaters!
