New sustainable biomass fuel technology that replaces coal in large boiler systems. The technology uses a new production system that uses all types of biomass (wood and wood residuals) as a primary feedstock as well as agricultural residues, energy grasses, construction and demolition debris as well as pulp and paper mill byproducts or residuals in many combinations. The densified fuel produced is very High BTU value (10,000 Btu/LB), very low ash (based on feedstocks), water resistant, can be sized from 3/4" to 3" in diameter and from 1.5" to 6" in length with various density. It can be customized for a specific application.
