  • not sure that our track should be used (without permission) to put forward any sort of political views - i for one believe that music can have a very powerful influence - and respect everyones right to their opinion- BUT this song is not about Globalisation , and with all due respect perhaps ask the artists involved before using the music to help put across your message... and i dont ever remember being asked!!!

    cheers

    Gus Cullen

  • @dannybrowneski Not crying at all mate..But the video is about Globalisation..Tag the thing as GLOBALISATION , not our track. Yes art is open to interpretation , thats the beauty of it. Bottom line , if he liked the song and wanted to share it thats great..But don't use it to promote a cause that we may not endorse. 2500 hits to hear the track, pretty sure they weren't searching for a clip promoting an unrelated agenda. And out of courtesy permission should have been sought. Its called copyright

  • if i ever have an affair this will be my song : p

  • i koww people say covers suck but cmon this is great

  • @fuzzycullen P.S have you ever considered that some people may actually think this video is the film clip for the song?? no you completely missed the whole point of the discussion , but managed to at least determine that im a loser who is crying...

If Eluneminati released something that he did and had the rights to , then he can do with it as he pleases.. if not ask first before assuming its ok... over stating the obvious

  • @fuzzycullen Harden up mate. "Messages" in music, like all forms of art, are open to interpretation. Ever heard that beauty is in the eye of the beholder? How dare you tell people what message they should receive from a piece of art? And you're talking about 'permission' like this video is raking in millions. 2500 hits you loser nobody cares that you're crying.

  • @Eluneminati its going in circles - you have used my name GUS CULLEN and our track for your video... and you are promoting a cause... maybe the song reminded you of being in your 20,s and having fun , but i dont see the link to globalisation (which is the obvious message in the clip) - its not rocket science mate - enjoy the song , but understand that music is powerful , so be careful with how you use it because visual images have a lasting effect on people - and i prefer people to listen.

  • big words. good song

  • i was only asking a simple question and sharing what the song means to me only, thats no cause. its an opinion. i heard the song a few days ago on a local radio station and missed some of the name so i used this to hunt down the name as i did want to find where i could purchase it............ and where have i used your name for my cause and what cause is this?????? just a question to the person who did it what its about is it really that hard?

  • @Eluneminati - if you agree then you should have asked for permission to put MY NAME in front of your cause... its not what the song is about - your using it to promote your personal views which shows little respect for my views... NOTE Sean Quinn & myself do not endorse the use of our track to promote any sort of political or religious view... bottom line , no one would have looked at it without the music!!! sorry pal but get a new angle...

  • @fuzzycullen love the song and i do agree but have to ask what is it about then? this song reminds me when i was in my early 20`s drunk and high as a kite doing stupid shit with my mates only to be back to a routine on the weekdays at work where i manufacture pharmaceuticals..........
